ACSI Club ID is a membership. The validity of the ACSI Club ID is automatically renewed at the end of the expiry date (which is mentioned on the card). Cancelling the automatic renewal is possible at any moment, but no later than one month before the expiry date. Should you not cancel before this time the validity of the ACSI Club ID will be extended by a year. A refund will not be possible in this case. Should you decide to cancel your membership, a simple email message will suffice, including your card number, to mail, or by phone via +31(0)488 452055., or by post to ACSI Club ID, P.O. Box 34, 6670 AA Zetten, The Netherlands.
Attention: not all ACSI camp sites accept the card as proof of identification. Our camp site guides mention per camp site if the ACSI Club ID is valid of not.
Attention! In Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark there is a high chance that you will need to show a special card to the camp site receptionist. You can buy this card at the first camp site you visit.
ACSI Club ID can be used by campers with the following nationalities: Dutch, Belgian, French, German, Austrian, Swiss, British (English, Northern Irish, Welsh, Scottish), Irish, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish.
Take note! Campers with the above nationalities but who are not resident in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Spain or Italy cannot request the ACSI Club ID for technical reasons.
At the moment we will therefore have to disappoint some campers. We are however working on extending other nationalities and countries in due course.
ACSI Club ID is personal. If the card is abused ACSI retains the right to deactivate the card.

Attention: ACSI Club ID cannot be used as proof of identification for a police check. This means it is important that you always have your passport or another identity card with you when you travel abroad.
You can enjoy a carefree holiday if you have an ACSI Club ID. We have taken out Liability Insurance cover with Meeùs Assurance.
The insurance covers your legal liability during your stay at a camp site, in rented accommodation or in a hotel. This covers commercial damage and/or personal injury caused to third parties. Not only is the cardholder insured, but also the rest of the group (up to a maximum of 11 people).
It is valid throughout the world, with the exception of the United States and Canada.
Should circumstances arise in which the card holder has to leave the group temporarily, the people remaining behind will still be insured.
Hopefully you will not need the liability Insurance. But should this be the case, we will do everything to give you the best assistance possible. For example if by accident your bicycle falls through your neighbour’s tent canvas when laying it down. Or if your son is playing soccer and misses the goal but hits the reception building’s window.

You are required to restrict any damage as far as possible and report the incident. We can then refer it as quickly as possible to the insurance company.
You are not permitted to make any payments or to acknowledge liability!
